The Clothes, The Mess and The Wardrobe

As I gaze in despair at the heap of clothes draped over the back of a chair, the pile stuffed into the bottom of the wardrobe, the top of the wardrobe and now, in carrier bags dotted around the wardrobe. The tedious cycle of one lot in the wash, one on the clothes horse and one in the laundry basket really gets me down. I need a new wardrobe. But in order to house the new wardrobe, I need a new flat. The plans for this momentous move are well underway, in fact, there has been a plan for about 5 years. Just need to put in action!

Anyway, I digress. The point of this post was to share with you the beautifully designed exhibitionist wardrobe, designed by Dik & Stijlloos which allows you have all your favourite pieces on rotational display. Those perfectly formed new shoes and uber fantastic new coat can now hang on display for you to oggle at until such times that you might actually wear them. I nned this wardrobe in my life. No, I need three of these wardrobes in my life.

  1. Would have loved to have enough room for that one!

  2. I really enjoy the idea of this wardrobe! I never have enough space for the clothes I have, and like you, get frustrated with the constant rotation of wash - iron - hang up - wash, and how I can never find the clothes I want. 50% of my clothes tend to just live in the ironing pile at the moment as I never have enough time to iron anything more than a few things at a time! Argh.
